Mental health is just as important as physical health. What’s more, it is so easy to achieve. Set yourself a simple goal for the day… walk the dog? Plant a tree? Visit a friend? Wash the car? At the completion of any of these you will gain a sense of achievement, and guess what? You will feel good. That is mental health.
