Cheeseburger Quesadilla- KERRIE FITNESS.

Super easy to make, 10 minutes.

  • 500g mince lean
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 3 x tablespoons of ketchup 
  • 2 x tablespoons Dijon mustard 
  • 1x tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Tortilla bread
  • Your favourite cheese (pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato 
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion 
  1. Spray a frypan, med-high heat. S&P to taste.. Brown mince and drain.
  2. Add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
  3. In fresh frypan Place tortilla, then cheese, then mince, then tomato, then more cheese, fold over and cook till golden!
