When I look for something healthy to eat whilst at work I want it without bread. We don’t need all the extra carbs in our bodies whilst we sit at our work stations. So here is an awesome alternative, super easy to make, quick and very healthy to boot. And when I say boot, I mean kick unnecessary carbs to the curb.
Try using turkey breast as the bread that holds this meal together, shape like a taco and fill with tomatoes, capsicum, baby spinach, avocado, cucumber, a little dash of Tabasco sauce and pepper to taste.
