Healthy Treats – KERRIE FITNESS

PREPARATION:

If you need something to snack on but don’t have the time to prepare food, here’s a super healthy, super quick alternative.  Simple as grab and go from the freezer!

Put a layer of your favourite yoghurt on a tray lined with baking paper.  Top it with your favourite fruits and walnuts.  Put in the freezer for a few hours to set.  Then cut or break up slices and store in a container in the freezer!
